Good workouts for my arms?

I don't want to build muscle, just get rid of fat. Most of the fat is my upper arm. Thanks!
Answer:
You can't spot reduce, so it would be impossible to reduce the fat in just your upper arms; you have to reduce your overall bodyfat percentage. Research has proven that the combination of diet and exercise is the best way to lose fat and keep it off. I suggest you first get your diet in order - cut out all the processed foods, fast food and sugary foods. Eat clean fresh foods. Lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish and eggs are your best sources of protein. Reduce or eliminate your intake of calorie dense foods like beans/legumes, potatoes, bread, corn, rice and other cereal grains. Eat lots of fresh veggies - 6 to 10 servings per day(a serving is the size of your fist, more or less) - broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, carrots, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, etc. For snacks I suggest you have fruit - apples, oranges, berries, bananas, grapefruit, pears, plums, etc. Last but not least cut or reduce your consumption of soda, caffeine and alcohol. Drink lots of water - 80 to 120 oz per day and if you drink milk, make it fat free (skim). Try to get at least 30 minutes exercise per day - it can be anything that elevates your heart rate - fast walk, jog, run, skip rope, rowing, rollerblading, cycling, etc. Good luck.
I have the exact same problem. What I did was to use low weight but TONS of reps. It'll take a few months, but it'll go away eventually. Good Luck!
There are 2 types of exercises that will help. The traditional push-up will help you tone your arms and the 2nd is a tricep "dip". Put your hands on a flat, steady surface behind you and dip your body and use your tricep muscles to push yourself back up.
