Has anyone tried the lemonade diet?


Answer:
You mean the lemon cleanse, where you just drink lemon juice and water for a week?It's good for cleansing purposes, but don't use it for weight loss. When you go back to normal eating, you will gain everything back and then some. I suggest only using it to detox your body for spring.
no is there really a lemonade diet...haven't heard of that one yet...
There is no such thing as a cleansing diet. These ridiculous claims have no medical backing or proof. Anway. Do not do the lemonade or citrus or cabbage or any other ridiculous diet. If you want to be healthy and lose weight, you need to eat a sensible diet. That means portion control and eating lots of different types of foods. You will lose weight as long as your body burns off more calories then it consumes. Its that easy. Really! You can create a calorie deficit by increasing your activity level and reducing your total calories consumed.
