Good Work Out Routine?!?

What is a good amount of reps and sets for weight if I just want to get tone. Best thing to do to get a flat tummy after childbirth?!?
Answer:
A good place to start as far as reps is 10 per set, and do 3 sets of each exercise. If you find that is a bit too easy but you're not ready to increase the amount of weight yet, you can increase to 12 or 15 reps per set.To get a flat tummy, you need to do cardio to burn off tummy fat, and when you do ab work remember to target every area of your abs:
-Do sit ups with your legs up in the air to target upper abs.
-Do sit ups while lying on your side to target your waist.
-Do leg lifts (lie on your back, keep your legs straight, and lift them from the floor to straight up, and then down again, SLOWLY) to target lower abs.
here is the deal dont do the same thing every day, set up three things to do then go backafter 24-48 hours your muscle that tears during exersie comes back better after healing ti self, if you over do the same thing it wont heal or it can stay the same and no change so do your legs monday, tummy tuesday and arms then go back to your legs evey day something differnt

You first want to do just enough to challenge yourself and increase and increase but know your limit you dont want to start looking buff
