Have been treadmilling and eating well, ideas to help lose weight?

Answer:
Eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. Also try bringing your lunch to work instead of eating out. Substitute water for soda (one a day to start with). Do interval workouts (work hard for one minute, rest for two minutes) instead of a steady amount on the treadmill. Start weight training because muscle burns more calories then fat.
Monitor your calorie intake; 2000-2500 is normal for most people.
Instead of treadmilling, why don't you go for a jog outside? Mark off a 1-mile path and run that.
Weight lifting can also help you lose weight. By building lean muscle, you allow yourself to burn off fat better.
You should eat LESS...not necessary to eat well.
Drink green tea and add apple vinegar to your salad. Avoid sweets and starches.
For the first person, 2000-2500 calories is what most people eat ***NOT*** on a diet. Eat 1200 calories-1500 calories ON a diet.
