Haven't we learned?

Haven't we learned that no-carbohydrate diets are bad for you? Haven't we also learned that once you stop the weight creeps back on? When are we all going to learn that there are no quick fixes? Good things come to those who wait and work for it. Change your life with a balanced meal and exercise. Carbohydrates are not evil, simple refined sugars are.
Answer:
Devious enterprisers will always make a profit by perpetrating so-called "quick fixes" into the minds of the weak. People are usually dreamers and not do-ers. So selling dreams is profitable.Atkins should of been shot when he invented that diet. That retarded diet just eliminates water retention in the body. No damn positive change to lean body mass whatsoever.
Artifical transfat is also bad for you There is a tiny bit of real transfat in red meatNutra Systems, most of it tastes bad
at least WW is better tasting food Life change is portion control you need 4 oz of steak, not 24 oz
Haven't we learned it is about lifestyle changes, not "diets" and other temporary solutions?
Quick fix actually worked for me...I starved myself and lost 30lbs 2 years ago. I haven't gained any weight back ever since. Quick fix would work if you are determined. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it.
Thanks for the inspiring speech, doctor. I already know this, so don't lump everyone together.
