Greens vs beans which is healthier?

i have to put a some fiber in my diet. i cook rice in the microwave, adding a can of beans(black, red, pink, or a can of greens(spinach, collard greens).
Answer:
Eat both! The greens have few calories but good nutrition.
Go with the spinach and greens, much better for you....one thing I do is add raw uncooked spinach to anything warm, soups, rice or anything else. That way you don't cook all the goodies out of the spinach. A mixture of the rice, beans and spinach sound yummy, think I'll have to try it. happy eating
