Good exersize??

what are some good exersizes to do to try to get into shape.. when you work seven days a week, and have no time..
Answer:
It depends on what you're trying to do. Build muscle? Lose weight? Just become/stay healthy. Exercise varies. I suggest you join a gym where a personal trainer will be able to help you get started. If you have a Planet Fitness near you - they are affordable and their PT's are free if you see them when they're giving "classes"
since the time is pressing, when you're "taking a #2" do air shoulder presses.
Before going to bed. Do push ups. 10 Before you brush your teeth, then 10 after. High intensity meaning slow. Then do some sit ups also at high intensity. Running keeps you in shape also.

Seven days a week is NOT GOOD! I have been there!!! I found, however, that I had time for the stuff I really wanted to do. Also, it doesn't take a lot of time to help. Do the stairs, not the elevator. Walk to any destination that is reasonable. You didn't really say how in shape you want to get, it doesn't take lot of time to help your cardio-respiratory system. Of course, if you are thinking about the marathon, THAT TAKES TIME!!! Your fitness level will be proportionate to how much time you spend, and how intense the exercise you choose is. Swimming is good, cross-country skiing is good just a walk around the block helps! Best wishes, DO IT!!!
