Have just bought an exercise trampoline, apart from bouncing what exercises can i do on it?

it came with no exercise instructions. im happy to just jump but is there any proper things i should be doing??
Answer:
No need to do anything but bounce. It stimulates all the muscles in your body. You could run in place or do dance moves on it to music to make it more fun.
sex is always fun!
stair step exercises, jogging in place.
run on it while you watch tv, do jumping jacks, jump rope. just do anything to get your butt moving.
Be very careful, I had one and ended up jarring my knee a couple of times so I sold it.
the only thing a tram is good for is bouncing. Bounce up and down on your feet, on you butt, nothing else I am aware of.Not a good choice to lose weight with.
ha do 15 mins straight bouncing and you will feel like you just ran a marathon really it sounds easier than it is maybe lift dunbells while doing it but not much else its dangerous you could fall or something its great tho really
Why don't you throw the whole contraption over the fence of Wandsworth jail. Then some lags can "bounce" themselves out of...
