GIRLZ ONLY! is it even possible 2...?

go from a size 13 in juniorz jeans to a size 11 by Friday? It would REALLY help if you could tell me what to do! I'll do anything! Any tips? Should I be getting an intake of 1000 calories and excersise for 45minutes a day till Friday? Will that work?? PLZ! thx! u rock!

I wouldn't recommend purging...gross---Watch what you eat, cut sodas, sweets, and anything that contains a lot of fat or carbs out your diet.
----go on a salad diet from now until then(get low fat salad dressing or one that contains no fat or carbs at a health food store). Make sure you don't starve yourself cause that doesn't help. Eat three times a day. Hit the gym---excercise on one of those bikes that burn calories for atleast an hour a day or more and see what happens.
no it will not its never healthy to try n fit in nother size of clothes by a certin day take your time
Drink the recommended 8 8oz glasses of water, no soda (diet or otherwise) and cut down on processed food b/c of the sodium content, refined carbs and fat, don't chew gum or eat diet food the day before nor the day of b/c it causes too much air in the belly and you'll feel bloated and gassy.
