Has any1 tried the weightloss plan that Boots do? I wondered how good it is compared to weightwatchers.?

Answer:
The best program on the market today is Tony Horton's P90X. Check it out it really works and is not a scam. You can purchase the program on the website beachbody.com
no i have not
No but u can never stick to such things on sustained basis.Eat only hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Eat nourishing and not junk food. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times. U will notice how beautifully ur brain controls and lets u know that enough is enough. Drink only water in between.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. The practice of food intake and light exercise regime will enable u to achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time effortlessly.
The best weight loss plan is sensible diet with regular exercise.I don't know what the Boots one is, but weightwatchers has always been a bit hit and miss.Sensible diet plus regular exercise programme is always the best.
Look at your local gym or get a GOOD personal trainer with experience of weight control.
Check out www.skyline-fitness.com they have a week free trial online training programs that can help you out.
As far as I concern. Pharmacists from Boots are offering weight loss service for obese patients in the near future. It is always good to have a word with the health care professionals. I think first thing you should attempt doing exercise particularly on cardiovascular trainings such as running, walking fast, cycling, swimming. Secondly, Diet, eat healthy and simple food, they are tasty too, this is what I have been doing.Last resort is to weight losing tablets, but they have side effects. I think the Chemists would recommend Xenical to you.
Do bear in mind, weight losing needs time and discipline and achieve the best results through natural way.
Good luck
