Has anyone done the apple cider vinegar diet?

ugghh...i tried it for 2 days, after that the smell of vinegar makes me want to puke!!

Apple cider vinegar is so good and has so many great uses. Unfortunately, when it comes to dieting, not so much. I've tried it all. Finally came to the conclusion that portion control works best. Add a little exercise to that, and you've got the perfect combination for permanent weightloss.
I have heard of it but never tried it. Did try the cabbage soup diet and after about four day. couldn't stand the smell or taste.
it does not work at all plus it changes your smac profile too much acidic problems can result in incorrect readings of your blood work thus misleading the doctor in diagnosing any health issues you may have. the best way to diet is the only way to diet and that is eating smaller amopunts of food and eating 3 times a day why do we look for miracle cures when thet do not exsist? perhaps we all look for the easy way out of everything in life do we not?
i actually had a co worker do that diet and its worked out great for him besides the fact that it took a while to get used to the taste it seams to have worked for him. most people i know though go with the master cleanser"lemonade diet"
