Good idea?

ok well ive decided that to loose weight there are 3 important things : sleep exercise and healthy eating. So ive decided to do the following, go to bed at nine every night wake up at 5:30 get dressed exercise for 1/2 hr then straighten myhair shower etc.... the for breakfast someting healthy liek oatmeal or something(ive heard cinimon works) and for lunch salad soup or a sandwhich and for supper.... well i cant really control tht cuz i have to have whta my mom cooks(im only 13) so does this sound like a good plan. do yuo have any other suggestions? oh n im 13 5 "2 and 135 lbs so you can see why i need to drop a few pounds
