Has anyone lost wieght from eating lean cuisine meals?

i just started dieting and ive never dieted this way before because i thought those lean cuisine means and such would taste like crap. but come to find out i actually really enjoy them. i cut out all fast food and soda. i drink diet coke once in a while and i cut down my intake in bread as well. do you think i will lose weght this way??? before i stared to diet all i ate was tons of carbs and fast food and junk food. should i keep eating these meals? will they work?

They are so yummy...mmm.they have so many varieties of food and it has portion control. i think you should keep eating them.
Watch out for high sodium in those meals. I don't think Lean Cuisine is that bad but you should only take in about 1500mg of sodium a day. To make a diet successful you need to pair it with working out. You want to burn more calories than you take in per day. Many women are scared of weight lifting due to not wanting to bulk up but if done correctly you will loose more inches and burn calories even after you finish your workout. I subscribe to Fitness magazine. It is for women and is very informative.
Yes... you will lose weight on the lean cuisine....... just give it a few weeks !!! Weight Watcher meals are good too. The ice cream sandwich from Weight Watchers is AWESOME...LOL.... actually ... everythign is !!!!! LOL ....Just a little FYI .... don't make you entire day revolve around Lean Cuisines... or W.W.... I was on them for about 2 months....... went to a BBQ .... ate some meat...hotdog... you know things you eat at BBQ......., I ended up with diarrea....I guess b/c my body was not used to "regular" food!!!Good Luck
