Has anyone on her used the ab lounge excercise machine?

i anyone on his has used that machine what were your results
after two weeks to thiry day? i used the abs machine.
i excercise everyday for a week and i gainned five pounds. i was trying to loose my stomach but i only gainned five pounds which
is not bad iam not complaining. iam 5feet 6 inches and
i weighed before 143 now since i used that machine
in one week i weigh 150 pound. was it because i was excersincing
and i did not diet?
Answer:
Muscle weighs more than fat.
All those machines though. I've been there done that. THere just gimmicks. If you can't do it with plain old crunches don't think a miracle machines going to do it.
Also it might be that time of the month so you might be just retaining fluid.
Abs are the hardest part of the body to develop as you really do have to EARN them! No gimmicky but of plastic will ever be able to take this away
Sometimes when you start off exercising you gain weight because the muscles are building up once the muscles are built up then the weight or fatty tissue starts to drop. You will have to continue to use it for months before you notice weight lose or your stomach dropping...diet...drink more water and cut down on what you eat, especially junk foods...eat healthier with fruits and vegis... They do say you should get more carbohydrates for energy when you are exercising...Diet I think is taking out of proportation...The diet pills and all that garbage. I can drink one cup of coffee in the morning and water the rest of the day, no soda, juice and etc. and i can lose 2 to 3 pounds in a week...Dont give up to easy it is great you are trying to be healthier...
