Has anyone try the 3 hr diet? Does it work?

with the 3hr diet you eat every 3 hrs. has anyone hear about it?
Answer:
I've never heard it referred in that way before......but in the body building/fitness industry they like to eat more frequent smaller meals 3-5 hours apart.....the reason for this is that your body needs fuel to burn fat/cal..... and you think of it like every time you eat you are fueling that fire and keeping your body burning..... it is very effective...but you must eat the SMALLER portions each time you eat....eat according to what your activity level will be in the 3 hours following your meal.....
