Help me with my diet!?

okay...so i have about a month and a half to loose 10 pounds. please help me with exactly what i should do, (exersiseing ect.) and exactly what i should eat and when. i really really really relaly need help!

OKAY ..FAD DIETS BAD.....YOU LOSE NUTRIENTS AND MUSCLE WITH QUICK LOSS BUT FASTER GAIN BACK........SO HERE ARE SOME HELPFUL HINTS......FIRST CHANGE YOUR DIET A LITTLE.......SNACK ON ...."NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS" .......THESE ARE FOODS THAT ACTUALLY BURN MORE CALORIES TO DIGEST THEM THEN IS IN THE FOOD ITSELF...EXAMPLE BROCCOLI 25 CALORIES, BUT YOUR BODY USES 40 TO BREAK IT DOWN ...SO YOU LOSE WEIGHT EATING IT ...ON LINE GO TO NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS..........SOME EXAMPLES BROCCOLI, PINEAPPLE, MANGO,APPLES, BEETS, AND OTHERS.........NEVER STARVE YOURSELF OR DON'T EAT ...YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR METABOLISM HIGH...SO EAT EVERY THREE HOURS......BUT AS i SAY WATCH WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK FLUIDS TO FLUSH TOXINS AND WASTE FROM YOUR BODY......YOU WILL LOSE SURPRISINGLY FAST IF YOU DO NEGATIVE CALORIES AFTER LUNCH.......
follow the food pryrimid and have 1200 calories a day in 6 small meals. i am not lying when i say the six smalll meal thing reallly reallly helps!
run for at least 20 minutes and you'll burn fat easier....and eat healthy.
call your doctor before startng any diet
I found that not going to fast food returants alone cuts 10 pounds also consider eating smaller meal ,, 6 daily and snacking on carrots
Cut out meat, hard or yellow cheeses, sugar and alcohol. Eat mainly fruits, veg and whole grains.
Read tips %26 articles on different types of diets, exercise programs, yoga %26 much more....All about weight loss, weight watchers, Tea diets, easy home exercises to name a few
all the above would help. But if you add fresh lemon/lime juice in your drink with NO sugar, (3rd or 4th day, you will see no difference) you will loose weight like crazy on th 9th day.
i was on diet 6 weeks ago and I lost 5 kg by cutting all sweets and fry food and change my exercise from walking to running for at least 20min on tread mill speed 10 5days week.
