Help Me Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)?

Ok heres my problem! We just moved and we are kinda poor right now. So we buy 4 sodas for 3 dollars at stop and shop. So all we have had to drink lately is soda! I'm in good shape but My six pack is dissapearing because of the cheap fatty foods! Please helps with good fat burning workouts or Healthy/cheap foods we could buy! Thank You so much for your time and Help! :)
Answer:
The cheapest foods are usually the healthy ones, and the ones that require the most preparation (for example, you get a lot more nourishment and more meals out of $2.00 worth of potatoes than from $2.00 worth of fries). Junk foods are not a filling as healthy foods either, so you will end up eating (and spending) more. So buy the healthy foods, even if you are strapped for cash right now. Buying non-perishable foods in large quantities is also cheaper, especially when they are on sale. If you expect to be a bit poor for quite a while, and if you happen to have a back yard, try planting a vegetable garden this summer. You might not be able to save money right away, but this might allow you to make up for it in August. Buy fresh vegetables, apples, day-old bread (often half price), frozen concentrated juice, and uncooked meat (deli meat is expensive). Sandwiches are cheap and nutritious, especially if you make them from leftover homecooked chicken. You didn't say where you are living. If you are in a town or small city, there may be farmers on the outskirts willing to sell things like eggs (this is how we get our eggs, for $1.50 per dozen). And buy the no name brands of foods whenever you can.
Don't drink soda. Drink water! Do sit ups.
read tips on healthier eating on this site to give you ideas
can't you drink water?
do crunches and situps and drink alot of water instead of soda
^_^ I know what its like to live off soda and chips, so here are some tips. Try lifting heavier objects in your house, and jogging helps, too. Eat some grainy cereals bars + stuff like that- and a lot of fruit too. Hope this helps!
dont drink soda, and if you buy fatty food that contains bread dont eat the bread its been said that man lose weight if they stop eating bread
MAYBE U SHOULD TRY BUYING WATER IN STEAD OF POP!!!!! IF U WAS TO GO TO ALDI'S, JEWELS, DOMINICKS, SAVE A LOT, FOOD 4 LESS, ETC. IM SURE U COULD FIND CASES OF WATER FOR ABOUT 3 DOLLARS AND AS FAR AS FOOD GOES CHECK YOUR LOCAL GROCERY STORE AND MAYBE U CAN PICK UP A LOAF OF BREAD AND SOME LUCH MEAT FOR REALLY CHEAP IF U WERE TO GO TO A GROCERY STORE AND BUY A LOAF OF BREAD SUM LUNCH MEAT AND WATER AND MAYBE SOME CHIPS TO GO ALONG WITH IT IT WOULDNT COST U MORE THAN MAYBE 6 OR 7 DOLLARS AND MAYBE EVEN LESS!!!!!!! BUT JUST MAKE SURE U CONSTANTLY EXCERCISE!!!!!
sit ups wont work it wont burn fat it will only bulk your abs, drik water, and sprint. SPrints burn more fat that anything, i weighed 191 lbs at first day of football practice i now weigh 169 lbs because i have been doing HIT - High Intensity training, which includes sprints, sprints uphill, Tempo Runs, Fartlek, Intervals. Tempo is your normal jog but faster.
Fartlek is were you run and you pick out an object say a mail box sprint to it then start joggin pick another object sprint to it..etc..
Intervals - say you sprint 25 yards then you walk or jog 25. Hope this helps. :)
Well, for starters just drink water. Sure it doesn't taste as good, but you'll have more energy and keep your body flushed out and hydrated better. Buy a bottle of water, keep it and refill it when you are done.
What you eat doesn't impact you as much as how much of what kind of food you eat. Once you are satisfied, stop eating! Gorging yourself will only stretch your stomach and make you want to eat more the next time (this takes some time, but that is essentially what happens).
Pork is a good meat because it satisfies you (makes you think you are full) better than red meat. Chicken can be bought cheaply and is good as long as you know the basics of cooking. Buy your meat and fresh veggies/fruit at a name brand store or butcher shop, but your "stock" items can be bought safely at a discount grocery store (milk, potatoes, bread, peanut butter, canned veggies, cereal, etc).
Obviously you have internet access, look for easy healthy food/meals. Might take a little time to adjust but once you get used to making cuts, it will get easier.
Don't waste your money on soda. Drink water from the tap. If you dont have water in your new home I'm sure somebody nearby does- you fill up water containers there. Also dont buy food at the conveinance store go to an actual grocery store. You'll get cheaper food. You can buy things to make sandwiches. It's a cheap way to eat that is pretty healthy. Your not getting in proteins or much nutrition from eating junk at the conveinance store and that's probably why your losing muscle mass.
