Hello? Why haven't I lost any weight?

This is my 2nd day exercizing and I see no difference??????? What is the problem?
Answer:
I'm into my fourth month of working out/dieting after a two year absence because of some family issues and injuries. I've lost 12 lbs and just now seeing results, give it time.
The only problem is impatients. wait 2 weeks without looking at your scale then you will see a change. it doesn't happen over night.
well, ITS ONLY YOUR SECOND DAY!!!
Need more info, like what are you eating? How many calories? Are you dieting at all? I mean are you pigging out and still exercising? Sometimes it takes more than two days to see a difference even if you exercise and diet. Wait one more.
Its only been 2 days.. you have to give it awhile.... wait a week or two and u will feel results....
Babygirl, you have to give it some time! The pounds aren't gonna drop overnight. Just make sure your eating sensible meals(never skip breakfast),have light snacks in between your meals and drink PLENTY of water. With that and the exercise, you'll eventually start noticing some weight loss. DO NOT look at the scale everyday. That'll just discourage you.
Good Luck!
It will take more than 2 days. On average most exercise programs predict that you will lose approximately 1 pound a week after your first week. On most programs you won't be able to see a difference until you have been working out for at least 10 days. Then you should start to notice it in your hands a fingers first.
For one, you're impatient. It didn't take a couple of days to put on the weight, did it? You shouldn't really be seeing results sooner than a week. Of course, that depends how intense you're exercising and dieting. You are watching what you eat, right?
Rely less on a scale to measure progress and go by the way your clothes fit you.
Weight loss is something that happens over time, exercising is something that you need to do at least 20 mn a day everyday. You will notice weight loss probably over the next month or so, but remember that what you loose in body fat you will make up for in muscle mass which weighs more than fat. Go more by how your clothes fit than by what you weigh. If you have questions about weight loss one of the best resources is your family Dr. since he/she will know your medical history and can recommend your ideal weight.I hope all this helps.
Its only your second day , give it a chance . You shpuld only weigh yourself once a week . And muscle weighs more then fat .
you can exercise too much and it will take awhile to take off . Drink plenty of water , eat properly , and exercise and you will see a differance .
I'am a lifetime Member of ww and it worked for me !!!!!!!!
Its not really a diet , its a whole chage of eating habit lifestyle .
but the results are GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
too soon to tell. You need to lose about 3500 calories before you see a pound of weight loss. So keep an eye on what you are eating, drink plenty of water, and keep working out. You'll notice a difference soon. Even if you don't lose weight, you be losing inches and gaining muscle. Good Luck!
don't make me laugh.............2 days of exercizing won't do anything.......the key is to keep doin it...............
its gonna take more than 2 days,it takes at least 1-2 weeks to see differences.just dont worry, you will see differences soon.just make sure your doing cardio if your trying to lose weight.
Exercise has to be part of your lifestyle. You cant train for two months (or 2 days for that matter) and expect to be in good shape. Even if you trained for 2 months and did see a difference, your body would just go back to the way it was as soon as you stopped. Just do it and enjoy it and the results will come in their own time.
You need to wait 2-4 weeks minimum. Don't be so anxious. The Syko Ward
