Help Help Help to lose weight!! please i HAVE TO soon!?

Ok please help me. I weight like 140. I wanna be thin and sexy for my dream bikini i saw in a store. I also go to this outdoor pool soon in like june so i have little time! i'm so worried cuz i wanna fit in all stuff and look really great and stand out. I really have to lose weight but idk how i can stop eating! when i see somethin i just gotta eat it and i dont know how to prevent that. Anyone has any good tips like wat types of exercise i should do and what should i eat and how much i should eat detailed? i really dont know if i'm eating the right amount, so how much do u think i should eat? wat kinds of foods should i eat? how much should i exercise? wat kinds of exercise? i got about 3 months till this special place with a pool. Helppppppp!

First of all, you have to really really really want to lose weight, not just say you want to, otherwise you just wont. If you see food and it just makes you want to eat it- Have some self control girl for gods sake. what are you doing to yourself, you cant just eat everything you see, just think at the time of seeing the food of just how skinny you want to be and just exactly where that piece of chocolate or whatever is going to go- straight on the parts you really dont want it to. so when you see that tempting food- just get out of there. also you should never go food shopping hungrey- eat a piece of fruit- and drink a big glass of water before you go. As for foods to eat and not to eat. minimise carbs after breakfast, have muslie with orange juice and a piece of toast for breaky- no more bread at all for the rest of the day. for morning tea you should have a low fat yoghurt and a piece of fruit- either orange or apple, they have less carbs (By the way, carbs stack on the kilos if your not excerising) lunch should be a salad with tuna or chicken, whatever you prefer, try not to have bread...afternoon tea should be another piece of fruit and dinner should be protein, so fish, chicken, small piece of red meat and loads of green veges. stay clear of pototo and pumpkin for a while. if you have to have it, only a small amount. With excerise., you should be aiming to do this 4 times a week for about 1 hour each time. combine weights with cardio and you want to tone up as you are losing weight. i suggest you join a gym and get a personal trainer, this is what i do and it is well worth the money cause they will be able to tell you exactly what to do to lose the weight!!! if you dont want to go to a gym, walking is very good, but make it a fast pace, or you could try intervals, run for 30 secs and fast pace walking for 1 minute, keep doing this untill you are absolutley buggered, try to increase the time everytime you do it. toning excerises like lunges and squats are very very good- a must if you want great toned legs and butt!!! Oh and last of all, drink plenty of water, try for 2 litres a day- no soft drinks, coffee or alcohol, if you smoke- DONT. hope this help a bit- i could write more so if you have any more questions, just let me know

i use to have the same problem with eating if i see something i like but i got over that all i can say is try and eat around 5-6 small (200 cal.each) meals a day or something around there you can eat fruits,low fat cottage cheese,yogart,vegitables and so on ...for exercise you can take pilates or yoga or yoga booty ballet and try and exercise at least 3 times a week
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
