Healtier Ways?

Ok, well I'm skinny and all, but i eat junk food, and like ice-cream. i want to know how i can eat healthier.like instead of cheetos wht could i get or something like that.
Answer:
Well, instead of ice cream, eat frozen yogurt or sorbet. Those tend to have less fat and empty calories.
Try to snack on things that are healthier for you like baby carrots, apples, bananas, grapes and the like. If you are looking for something with a crunch (to replace your Cheetos), eat Triscuits or other low-fat crackers. I'm fond of Kashi TLC (Tasty Little Crackers). They actually cost less than the other brands and they're just as good - if not better! They actually have nutritional value.
Hope that helps.
Fruits and veggies.
Chose whole foods from the different food groups but only select the ones that you like. Anyway, here are some links with a sample meal plan and a list of healthy foods.
Try healthy replacements that taste similar. Instead of ice cream try yogurt or low-fat. Smoothies instead of shakes. Nutri-grain bars (or other healthy bars) instead of candy bars/cookies. Cheese instead of Cheetos.Remember, junk food isnt horrible in moderation - especially if you are healthy. You dont have to deprive yourself of your favorites - just limit it. Look at what a serving is, put a serving on a plate and the rest back where they belong. When thats all you can have, you will eat it slower (which will help you fill up faster) and you dont eat the entire bag of cheetos (or whatever) in one sitting.
You could always shop at Whole Foods, if there is one around where you live. You could try the Natural Cheetos or other organic brands of cheese puffs. Veggie chips and soy crisps are also a good alternative because they are lower in calories and fat than most other chips. Instead of ice cream you could try frozen yogurt. In my opinion it tastes better than ice cream, and has way less fat and saturated fat than ice cream.
the site below tells how to eat healthier but also how to enjoy those foods as much as you enjoy unhealthy food.http://www.phifoundation.org
