Help 16 year old lose weight plz Water diet??

Hi, i just started my diet today. I'm starting to eat less cuting out junk, sweets, etc. I'm eating small meals to maximize my calorie lost each day. I get very hungry when i eat and usauully meals dont fill me up. So i've been drinking LOTS of water now. Like today I ate small piece of boiled chicken breast with steamed veggies like small small meal. Then I drank about 4 cups of water is this healthy?? My brother told me that this one lady on news drank lots of water like gallon then collapsed and died. How come?? Just from drinking water?? Should I continue doing this.
Answer:
To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!The weight loss site listed below will teach you to lose weight by eating Chicken,Fish Filet,Cottage Cheese,sandwich..
you need to count your calories and exercise as well
you can do walking like for 30 minutes and that would be considered exercise, but you NEED to in order to keep the weight off
so far your diet is good and healthy, but count the calories in it and stay at 1200 each day
Drinking water can't hurt you. NO, it helps you.
We all need water, 8-10 glasses a day, more if you live in the south west. Water feeds our bodys.. we need water. Most of the human body is made of water...As for food, you need to talk to a specialist about what to eat and when. Just cutting back isn't enough, you need to understand and learn about food and how it effects your body.Any chance you can join a local group of Weight Watchers? They teach you about food and how it works in the body.Good luck.
You matter.
You are important.
That lady drank an unbelievable amount of water and then tried to hold off going to relieve herself. It sounds like you're losing weight in a healthy way.Doctors recommend 8 8-oz servings of water a day.If you're still hungry with meals, you may want to incorporate a healthy carb, like some whole-grain bread or crackers. That can sometimes fill you up a little better than some chicken breast and steamed veggies, and it is healthy for you. At 16, you still need to eat from all of the "food groups", so don't cut out anything completely, other than just empty calories, like from cokes or candies, or just plain fatty foods.Good luck, and don't worry about dying from drinking too much water.
I was diagnosed with diabetes about 6 months age. I was some 40+ lbs overweight. Since my diagnosis I've quit all sugars, pasta, potatoes sodas and rice(especially rice) Since my diagnosis, I've dropped over 27 lbs. And there are all kinds of sugar free candies, cookies, flavored waters, and other foods that are tasty and healthy. Good luck. I wish you success. And no. Water will not hurt you. The more water, the better.
Drinking too much water is poisionous. That's why she died. So, keep it low enough. 8 cups is the norm. However, if you aren't walking everywhere, exercising and sweating a lot, or in the heat a lot like Florida, than why drink that much? Drinking water is supposed to make people lose calories after a lot of it. The reason for this is because it gets rid of the sodium you had during the day. However, you have to drink a lot in order to do this. However, you have all this water in you, and you need to get rid of it. You might gain water weight. even though it doesn't have calories. So, does it help??? Not really. Your body is 70% of water. Thus, don't get it up your water intake so much that you gain just water. You will have to lose that somehow too.
