Hello Everyone, i'm trying to lose 10lbs...?

I started going to the gym 3 weeks ago, i just go Sat %26 Sun, spend 30 min on the bike, and other 30 min on treadmil, for a total of 1 hr cardio. i think i eat normal, but i'm noticing that my jeans are not as loose as they were before. am i gaining weight ?
Please teach me how to lose weight.

It is now recommended that you get 1hr exercise/6 days a week. You need to find time during the week to fit in exercise as well.
You also need to start a food journal. Sometimes we don't realize what we are eating until it's written in front of us. Be more aware of what you put in your mouth. I know some people also will allow themselves to eat more than usual when they start exercising. Which is okay if it's on a daily basis because you do need more to burn more energy, just don't overdo it and make healthier choices. Go to www.shape.com for healthy snack choices, recipes, etc. Their magazine is WONDERFUL. You may even want to get a subscription. They always have lots of tips for living a healthier lifestyle.

Drinking Lots of water too.- Exercises - 1.) Punch air - Makes your arm look non-fat.
2.) Running/walking - Good for you also burns what you ate in the past 24 hours.
3.) Biking - Burns the most calories and fun. just ride around fast for 10 - 20 minutes
straight.
4.) Swimming burns the same and more as biking, because your using your whole body, You
can loose 5 pounds by swimming for 2 hours doing fast laps.
5.) Weight lifting - Light weights make your muscles the same and get the fat off you
also you look better. Heavy weights - Builds muscles like body builders. But, People like you for who you are and if they don't and you wanna
change so they will like you don't because that is not a true friend.But

Believe me it works. DONT get frustrated if you don't see results, because it will
take about 3-5 days mabey even 2 days if you try really really hard.

HERES WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO :Get on your couch and put your behind right on the edge of it or
where your comfortable, and start doing sit ups while watching T.V., I
do This everynight and moring for 100 sit ups for 3 sets. I did this for
4 days and got a flat stomachYou might start seeing your lower body stick out more, and thats normal,
All you do is lay on a flat floor and raise your legs for 25 seconds each for
5-7 sets. Do this in the moring and at night. P.S. - Lower body is the hardest part
to get tight so don't get frustrated about instant results cause your not going to get
instant rusults.If your pecks, or known as your upper body is popping out, then do some
push ups at your house. Do 10-15 a set if you wait them to get a bit littler
and cut. You see guy models with cut pecks because that is what turns the lady on.For cardio vascular - Skip fast rope for 3 minutes then another session
do this for 30 minutes if you want results fast!
Also jogging. Helps tremendously! Do 20 minutes of jogging, and if you
can't do the whole 20 minutes jogg in between. Foods that I eat alot :Apples - 0 calories and feels you up.Green beans - 60 calories a CAN but great for your health.Grapes - Idk how many calories but great too.Any fruits are good for you.Drinks : Soda - Twice a week or nonWater - ALOT 0 calories, good for you, FEELS you up alot.Orange juice - Great for your health.
You need more cardio! Also, what are you eating? Start counting your calories. Figure out what your BMR is and eat 500 calories less than that per day, PLUS at least 3 or 4 hours of cardio each week instead of just 2. Try spreading it out, too! Do 30 minutes every week day and on Saturdays, and then give yourself a break on Sunday (or whichever day you want!). Drinking lots of water is also really important! Cut out all soda (unless its diet), fried foods, candies and cakes, and all junk foods! :D
your jeans are tighter because you are gaining muscle, which is heavier than fat, so you are gaining weight (but it is ok since you are doing somethign healthy). I think you should talk to a dietician for advice on how to lose weight, but still work out.
2 days a week isn't nearly enough.Work out 30 mins per day if possible every day, it doesn't have to be at the gym.If you want to lose weight faster, go in the morning, do 1/2 hour of cardio then some weights, switching from upper body one day, lower body the next, abs the last, then one day where you do 1 hour cardio, then a day off. You won't get huge muscles, just defenition and fatloss. Whatever muscle you might gain will help burn more fat.Make sure to eat well, including healthy snacks, you should never starve yourself or it'll be harder to lose weight. Uhm more whole grains are good, more fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water. Cut out pops or juice as much as possible.Oh, and try more brown rice and sweet potato for dinner, and don't eat sweets late in the day. Whatever you do, don't go on a diet. You need to change your habits permanently, because 95% of all diets fail. Keep going to the gym, but try to go at least 3 or 4 times a week. The key to losing weight is creating a Calorie deficit (you burn more calories than you eat), but you don't want to overdo it. The safe guidelines is usually 20% of your maintenance level. I personally HATE counting Calories, however, so I just use this principle without actually doing the math.Here are a few tips that worked for me:
1. Don't even skip meals. If you do, your metabolism goes down and your body will save Calories and store more fat.
2. Eat frequently, healthy, and in small portions (6 small meals a day, 3 hours apart).
3. Your diet is the lesser part of losing weight. Becoming more active is actually what helps the most. Do more cardio, walk instead of driving, etc.
4. Don't go on a diet or eat too little. Doing so will cause your body's metabolism to go down, and your body will burn muscle, not fat.

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
