Help me. it is urgent?

i am very confussed . 1) plz tell me how should i reduce weight in 1 month ? i need to do it very easily . does constipations effect weight . plzzzzzzzzzz help me ........ what should i do for this problem do help me soon , any medicine natural or alopatheic 2) should i believe in god bcoz what i want he always do opposite. he ditch me evert time. idonot feel like believe in it .i want his help but he donot. i have many questions to ask

My dear first believe in God without any doubt.
Now your problem you haven't written ur weight, age and height. No matter.
1. Follow Routine in your daily life style.
2. Jogging is always suggestive either in morning or evening.
3. Reduce your intake.
4. Avoid much of sweet, fat and potatoes
5. Increase intake of greens and leaves.
6. Start doing work with ur on hands better if u do household works yourself like cleaning and kitchen related works.
7. Avoid vehicles for short distances.What else I can say. I am not a specialist %26 I don't know much of you, but I think above will surely help you.
why do you have to loose weight so fast??? There is no way to loose weight fast in a healthy way! Everything else will mess up your body even more! Been through that myself! Take your time, eat lots of veggies and fruit, zero sugar, low fat and lots of sports... that's how i lost 77 pounds in 8 months... You don't want to use pills and sh... like that, because it's gonna bounce back immediatly, after you stop! Ask me more about it, i like to help with that!!!

First of all, there is no magic pill for weight loss. If there was, there would not be overweight people. Losing weight is not something that you can just beg for help for and then it happen. You need to be talking to yourself. You have to be the one to want to make the change, set your mind to it and get it done. Second of all, STOP BLAMING GOD! He is listening, he is always listening. Just because you are not getting the answers that you think you should does not mean that he is not listening. Open your heart to him, open your mind to him and he will show you the way for everything. Give your life to God and the rest will fall into place. I am not saying that you won't have bad days and that you won't struggle at times. But those days are all part of God's plan for you. He knows that you can do better than what you are doing, so he has to motivate you somehow. Take a moment, talk to God honelstly, ask him into your heart and to forgive you of all your sins. Have a more positive outlook on things. Be willing to change yourself and not expect others and God to do it for you. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me. Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. No magic potion! So don't panic. Be calm and see your Doctor for medical advice. Have faith, God knows what is best for you.
You can easily get rid of constipation by drinking 5 litres of water daily. Out of this 5 ltrs, drink half the quantity in the morning in empty stomach immeditely after getting up from bed without brushing or performing other morning ablutions. After drinking 2.5 ltrs of water, you should run to the toilet if not on the first day then by the third or fourth day definitely. Water is the best natural laxative in the world.
try veg/fruit diet, eat fibrous food,do brisk walking for 1 hr in the morn %26 eve, cut out totally on smoking, non veg, drinks, cigs.
and dont blame god.
Reduce your caloric intake to about 1200 to 1500 per day and exercise, any exercise will do. Dedication, discipline, desire.
