HELP ME ONE THIS oneee PLEASEE???!!!?

Umm okkk Soooo you need to eat 5 TIMES a dayy to boost up your metabolism. What if your not hungry and through out the day you only eat like 3 times a day but small mealss, and subsitute the other two with drinking alot of water??? DOES WATER HELP YOU BOOST YOUR METABOLISM OR DOESSS IT HAVEEE TO BE FOOD?????????????
Answer:
Water does not do anything to your metabolism because your body doesn't need to do anything to it but use it. If your not hungry then don't eat, and instead of eating 3 meals try substituting breakfast or lunch for a snack, and eat two more snacks, like a cereal bar or yogurt.
Sensible people eat only when thay are hungry.
