Has anyone used Slim in 6?

I just purchased the slim in 6 set...
And the 6 day diet is crazy...you hardly have a choice of what to eat...
And you have to take all of thier supplements...whcih are extra..and cost a lot...So you really have to buy a bunch of extra stuff to loose 10 lbs ina week like it says on tvBut has anyone used this dvd set and a diet and found that it has worked...Please tell me how long it took and what you did and what sort of diet

How long until you started seeing results...This is with out supplements because i am not buying them or taking them

i'm on my forth week on it. it's pretty good. i didn't opt to follow their diet plan, nor to buy all of their supplements. as far as food goes i went for south beach and i love it!how long did you diet?
-well i'm not on a diet, i'm changin how i eat for my health. because really if you don't change your eatin habits you'll put the weight all back on.how long did you use the dvd?
-i'm on my forth week, so far so good. i'm amazed at how much i can keep up now compared to when i first started. when i'm done i'm prolly gonna do it another six weeks then try out their yoga bootay ballet. my roommate said her friends swear by it so i figured why not!how long until you started seein results?
-to date i've lost 23lbs. i started back in the third week of january. i was 197lbs and i'm 5'7", so i've got more to go but it's a start. i'm not super toned, but a lot of jiggly fat has gone away. i find that i have a lot more energy. along with the videos i go for brisk walks/joggin with a friend. i also drink three plus liters of water a day. it's pretty much the only thing i drink. i follow my workout five days a week. saturday and sunday i try to do things around the house that'll jus keep me movin. once a week i allow myself somethin i wouldn't normally have. like i had dinner at a friends and she made enchiladas. treatin yourself to somethin non-healthy here and there won't kill you. i feel it makes you stronger, and gives you power to make it another week. also try weighin yourself daily. i do this like a mini goal. lets me know sooner if i'm slippin or if i'm doin great. because think about it...if you know you're not gonna weigh yourself until sunday mornin then what's to stop you from chowin down on that burger and fries on wednesday?i take my own vitamins. nothin fancy. i take a muti, vitamin c, cranberry extract, psyllium(zero cal way of gettin fiber), and 5htp. the combo of them all has been great. none of that 'extra weightloss' vitamin stuff.well i hope that was enough detail for you. email me if you have more questions and i'll be happy to help you in any way i can. best of luck to you~!email: oreosrevenge@yahoo.com

Slim in 6 the workout is AWESOME! I don't use the diet, I just try and eat healthy on my own. The workouts are great though. Expect awesome results!
there is nothing on the market to replace proper diet,exercise,sleep,,.let me know if you find that magic pill in the can,..,,...

Hello I am a big fan of Debbie and I love Slim in 6. I used it after the birth of both my kids and lost my weight ( after gaining 85lbs w/ each baby) I lost back to 140 quick... I have tried it again and seemed to lose about 5- 8lbs in 14 days, but I REALLY watched my food intake! I never used the supplements...I loved it and I hope you do to!! Good Luck! : )
