well I drink whey protein shakes I make them into to coffee shakes which is really good plus, deli turkey, cottage cheese, turkey, all of these are high in protein and I eat these things with salads and lots of it with nothing but a little bit of fit and active ranch dressing, and some crackers unsalted, and I have lost up to 7 pounds in a week with eating these foods plus lots and lots of water I dring from 2-5 liters a day!!! Good Luck!
