Need to know good (easy and effective) excercise for upper chest muscle (pecs?) I have lost upper chest muscle,especially on left side, due to illness. I'm looking for excercise that will build muscle and not just tone. I am female and I CANNOT do push ups.
Answer:
lay on your back and push dumb bells up and out..... works great!
Swimming is the best exercise for pecs (and a lot of other things as well!)
